The Way of the Cross©
"The Way of the Cross"© is a 98-foot life-size sculpted brick rendition of the Stations of the Cross. It was commissioned by St. Joseph/St. Thomas Church in Staten Island, New York. The work is comprised of 28 figures covering the four interior walls of the diamond-shaped sanctuary. It was dedicated in 1996 by His Eminence John Cardinal O'Connor, Archbishop of New York. St. Joseph/St. Thomas is a historic New York site, the oldest Roman Catholic parish on Staten Island.
