Cancer Survivors Plaza© is one a series of "survivor" plazas sited throughout the nation with the generous support of Richard and Annette Bloch in thankful recognition of Richard's own cancer survival.

The sculpture serves as a beacon of hope for others who have experienced this disease in their own family.
Each plaza is unique in design. The Blochs finance the plaza design and construction. The plaza's site is provided by the city in which it is located.
